Before the Surgery Преди операцията

Usually the implant length and projection is determined by the length of the patient's own muscle. The Surgery Операцията

The patient will be more comfortable if a long acting (usually about 10-12 hours) local anesthetic is left in each implant compartment. Once the implants are healed in place, it is unlikely that they will shift unless the patient receives a severe blow to the area (one that would normally do injury to a muscle or break a
